Want to make your desserts even more tempting for your customers? 

Convenience store managers to restaurant owners can now add something unique to their desserts, which are made with KitKat. 

Nestlé Professional, Nestlé’s business-to-business and out-of-home expert, joined forces with the confectionery brand to create ready-to-use products that are easy to apply to dessert menus and recipes. 

KitKat Professional brings its innovative confectionery food service products in a range of spreads, sauces and mix-in products. Operators worldwide in convenience stores, quick serve restaurants (QSR), cafés, bakeries and other food manufacturer outlets can easily add them to their various dessert offerings. 

This way KitKat fans can now experience Nestlé’s iconic chocolate brand, which is enjoyed in more than 80 countries, in their out-of-home sweet treat. 

Turbocharge your desserts 

KitKat Professional recently launched its KitKat  Professional Racing campaign, comparing motorsport technicians who optimize engines to race successfully, with professional chefs in kitchens who boost recipes behind the scenes to delight consumers.

 “Operators , chefs and food manufacturers can use our KitKat Professional food solutions in their kitchens to turbocharge their desserts,” explained Adrian Giger, Global Confectionery Manager at Nestlé Professional. 

“So, consumers are not just eating any doughnut or dessert. They can experience the brand’s iconic crispy wafer and smooth cocoa taste, and know that what their enjoying is made with KitKat,” he added.

Confectionery food solutions

KitKat Professional is available to Nestlé Professional food providers, food service suppliers and out-of-home professionals for use in QSR, convenience stores, bakeries, cafés and other food service outlets.

For example, the KitKat Professional Spread is a delicious chocolate spread with wafer pieces, which tastes like the KitKat and provides a unique texture. It can be used as a topping in many applications, such as crunchy layering for cakes, muffins and sweet treat recipes, and as a tasty chocolate spread for waffles or pancakes.

Operators can also add that extra bit of crunch to cakes and desserts with the KitKat Professional Mix-In, crispy pieces of wafer partly coated in milk chocolate to transform desserts, cupcakes, pastries or doughnuts. 

KitKat Professional is one of Nestlé Professional's global innovations, as part of its extensive food and beverage solution range. Last year, it launched KitKat Beverage to its out-of-home operators in Brazil to provide their customers with the taste of KitKat in a cup.
