Vanilla Cake & Chocolate Frosting Made with KitKat®

Ingredients
Ingredients Cake :
- 200g eggs
- 240g sugar
- 190g flour all purpose
- 4g baking powder
- 120g liquid cream
- 80g butter
- Vanilla extract
Ingredients Syrup:
- 85g sugar
- 185g water
- Vanilla extract
Ingredients for the filling and topping the Cake:
- 405g KitKat® spread
- 40g KitKat® topping
Preparation

1Syrup: Boil the water with sugar with the vanilla extract. Then, set aside in the fridge.

2Cake: Mix the eggs with the sugar, add the flour and the baking powder, add the cream and the melted butter with the vanilla extract.

3Pour into a buttered mold 20 cm in diameter. Bake at 165°C for 45 minutes, soaked in syrup when removed from the oven.

4Assembly: Cut the cake in half horizontally. Evenly spread 125g of KitKat spread. Put the second part of the cake and cover the cake entirely with 280g of the KitKat® spread. Decorate the border with 40g of KitKat topping.
