8 oz 2 cups Red bell peppers medium diced
3 qt 12 cups Water
1 lb 2 cups Turkey meat, cooked, medium diced
4 oz 1/2 cup Spinach, frozen chopped
4 oz 1/3 cup 1 tbsp Minor's® Turkey Base (No Added MSG) 6x1 lb.
1 tsp Poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/4 tsp White pepper, ground
8 oz 1 cup Water
2.25 oz Cornstarch

Preparation Steps

  1. In a sauce pot, heat oil. Add onions and peppers; sauté 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add water, turkey meat, spinach, Turkey Base, poultry seasoning, nutmeg and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and gently boil for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a bowl, blend water and cornstarch into a smooth slurry, using a wire whip. Gradually pour the slurry into the boiling liquid, stirring constantly. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and gently boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
