1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
1/4 tsp Coriander, ground
1/2 tbsp Cilantro fresh
2 oz 1 each Green Bell Peppers raw, roasted

Preparation Steps

  1. Combine beans, rice, Country Sausage Gravy, cumin, coriander, and cilantro.
  2. Stuff green bell pepper with rice and bean mix.
  3. Bake green bell pepper at 350°F or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
  4. Serve immediately.
