12 oz 1-1/2 cups Half and half cream
105 oz 1 No. 10 can Chef-Mate® Country Sausage Gravy
24 oz 6 cups Cheddar cheese shredded

Preparation Steps

  1. Arrange one crumbled biscuit into 8 oz. baking ramekins.
  2. Mix eggs and cream together with a wire whip until creamy. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup of egg mixture over each biscuit, making sure to completely cover biscuit.
  3. Slow and evenly pour 1 cup of Country Sausage Gravy over egg and biscuit. Top each ramekin with 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 35-45 minutes until egg mixture is firm. Keep warm for service.

Chef's tip

Serve with cheesy hash browns, fresh fruit or breakfast meats.
