Nestlé Professional announces partnership with Les Disciples d’Escoffier International

Nestlé Professional, the global leader in out of home branded hot and cold beverage and food solutions, announced today that they have signed new partnership with the Les Disciples d’Escoffier Internationalthe premier gastronomic society established to maintain and promote the traditions of French cuisine.  

 

Established in 1954Les Disciples d’Escoffier International continue the tradition of the great chef Auguste Escoffierrevolutionizer of French cooking and professional kitchen.  Les Disciples d’Escoffier International actively cultivates relationships among professionals and students, organizes culinary events where members can gather, and unites all Disciples Escoffier around the world.  With 25,000 members across 26 countriesthis gastronomic association unites chefs, and non-chef experts like food writers and hospitality professionals, sommeliers, maîtres d’hôtel, and food/wine producers.

On October 28, in more than 30 countries, several thousand people will gather for the “diner d’Epicure” and enjoy the same French Gastronomy menu.  Started in 1912, this year's celebration is extra special as it is the 175th birthday of Auguste Escoffier, with the souvenir menu sponsored by Nestlé Professional.
