What do you think, is the current status of foods offered to children in OOH?
Unfortunately most kids menus consists of unhealthy stereotype dishes like bolognaise, pizza, burgers, Ribs, nuggets and fish fingers most of which is served with French fries. It is not a healthy option nor culinary educational.

What do you think can be done to make it healthier?
Kids should be eating the same food as their parents only on adjusted portions sizes to fit kids. We need to show kids that vegetables can be a dish of this own and be very tasty.

What tips and tricks do you have for preparing healthier food for children?
The first thing is to get the children involved in cooking from a very young age, to have an understanding of food and enjoy the social aspect of a family meal.
Secondly healthier eating starts with balanced and diverse diet where you eat what is in season. You get the best quality, taste and get all the vitamins and minerals they need and at the lowest price.
