1. What do you think, is the current status of foods offered to children in OOH?
Today there is more healthy food options for children but the commercial availability is still very  limited because the demand to produce by hand is still very strong.

2. What do you think can be done to make it healthier?
We can use healthier ingredients and remove  preservatives to have food as natural possible. I believe that investing in technology would be the main output to be have a healthier product within the reach of all.

3. What tips and tricks do you have for preparing healthier food for children?
I try to bring traditional recipes of our daily lives more than have a healthier appeal. For example when I'm making a cake I'm looking for using less sugar and a wholemeal flour or adding  quinoa with the meat in a burger patty, so it doesn’t  change the flavour.
