To enhance scratch stocks, add Base to reach desired flavour level. To make an instant fully seasoned stock/broth, add Base to boiling water and stir. 1 lb. Base yields 4 gallons.
Add to sautéed vegetables to bring out their sweetness or mix into mashed potatoes to maximize flavour without the fat (replace the salt with MINOR'S Chicken Base).
