1.5 kg Beef, rump steak Cut into strips
60 gr Butter, unsalted
300 gr Onion Sliced
250 gr Mushroom Sliced
5 gr Garlic Crushed
120 gr MAGGI Classic Oxtail Soup
1.5 L Water
100 gr Tomato paste
24 gr Cornflour
125 mL Water Extra
200 gr Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat large pan, brown meat in small batches.
  2. Melt butter in pan, add onion, mushrooms and garlic, cook 2 minutes.
  3. Combine MAGGI Oxtail Soup Mix with part of water and tomato paste, add remaining water to pan, bring to boil.
  4. Stir in prepared paste, return to boil stirring, add meat, reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Combine cornflour and extra water, add to pan with sour cream. Bring to boil stirring, remove from heat, serve with noodles.
