Try qualifying STOUFFER'S and LEAN CUISINE products between 6/1/09 and 12/31/09, and if you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your purchase price for 1 case per SKU, up to $100 per case. Limit 1 case per SKU, per operation.

To request your refund, send in the following items:

• Copies of your invoices or distributor tracking reports showing purchases of qualifying STOUFFER'S and LEAN CUISINE products purchased during the offer period, 6/1/09 – 12/31/09. Distributor tracking reports must show date of purchase and invoice number.

• Qualifying products, purchase date and invoice number must be circled or highlighted on invoices or tracking reports. No handwritten invoices or sales history receipts will be accepted. Validated distributor invoices or tracking reports must include the following information: Distributor name and address, Operator name and address, product purchase date, NESTLÉ PROFESSIONAL SKU number or brand name, product description, pack sizes and price and invoice number.

Refund requests must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase. Refund limited to 1 case per SKU, per operation, up to $100 per case. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing. Offer available only to foodservice operators in the U.S. This offer is not available to distributors, individual locations of company-owned or franchised multi-unit operations or nonprofit end users buying promotional products under bid or any operators buying products under bid or with special pricing. This offer is not available to vending or office coffee service operators or those purchasing products at retail.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.NestleProfessional.com/Stouffers-ExpectMore or www.NestleProfessional.com/LeanCuisine-Better between 12:00a.m. CST, 6/1/09 and 11:59 p.m. CST, 9/30/09, follow the onscreen instructions and complete the survey and you will receive an automatic entry into the sweepstakes.
