Features and Benefits
Made with the finest ingredients for scratch-made flavor, texture and appearance.  Flavorful, tender cabbage leaves.  Al dente cooked long grain rice provides a moist mixture.  Chunky-style tomato sauce for a hearty appearance and fresh cooked taste.  Improved recipe with 40% less sodium and improved bread crumb texture.  Contains no added MSG and zero grams trans fat per serving.  Holds well for buffet or deli take-out service. Contains 12 cabbage rolls per tray.
Instructions
For food safety & quality, read and follow these COOKING INSTRUCTIONS to ensure that product reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment. Check for doneness using a thermometer. CONVECTION OVEN 325°F (Preheated): Cook Frozen (0°F) product for 1 hr. and 10-15 min./Thawed (40°F or less) product for 35-40 min. Tent lid. Place product on a baking sheet. During last 10-15 minutes, gently rotate cabbage rolls and spoon with sauce; replace lid. CONVENTIONAL OVEN 400°F (Preheated): Cook Frozen (0°F) product for 1 hr. and 35-40 min./Thawed (40°F or less) product for 50-55 min. Tent lid. Place product on a baking sheet. During last 10-15 minutes, gently rotate cabbage rolls and spoon with sauce; replace lid. COMBI-OVEN 325°F Full Fan Preheated: Cook Frozen (0°F) product 35-40 minutes / Thawed (40°F) product 25-30 minutes. Tent lid. Place tray on baking sheet. Halfway through cooking, rotate cabbage rolls and spoon with sauce; replace lid. LOW PRESSURE STEAMER 5-7 lb PSI: Cook Thawed (40°F or less) product for 45-50 min. Do not loosen lid. MICROWAVE OVEN 1100 watt: Cook Thawed (40°F or less) product - 1 Cabbage Roll with Sauce 50% Power 4 1/2 - 5 min. Heat loosely covered in a microwave-safe dish; spoon sauce over cabbage roll during cooking. NOTE: Product must be cooked to an Internal temperature of 160°F. Spoon sauce over each cabbage roll after cooking and before serving. Product may be thawed in the refrigerator (40°F) up to 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.
Suggestions
Center cabbage rolls in a nest of whipped potatoes or brown rice; spoon with sauce. For a delicious entrée, feature one Stuffed Cabbage roll with one Stouffer's Stuffed Pepper; complement with a fresh fruit salad and corn muffins. Layer sauerkraut over cabbage rolls before baking; stir into sauce before serving for a Hungarian style entree. Top with a dollop of sour cream; garnish with chopped chives.
