CUT FAT AND CUT COSTS:
HEAVY CREAM Replacement - 2 cups of culinary Cream and 2 cups of skim milk to replace 1 quart of heavy cream.
HALF AND HALF Replacement - 1 cup of Culinary Cream and 3 cups of skim milk to replace 1 quart of half-and-half.
REDUCED HEAVY CREAM - 2 cups of Culinary Cream for 1 quart of reduced heavy cream.
