Use of recycled material

Nestlé use recycled material where it is appropriate to do so (always ensuring the protection of food products). As an example, the cardboard cases used to pack coffee in Nestlé UK factories use at least 72% recycled material. This includes the following Nescafé^® brands: Original, Original Decaff, Gold Blend^®, Gold Blend^® Decaff, Blend 37^®, Alta Rica^®, Cap Colombie^®, Accolade^®, Partners' Blend^® and High Roast.
Nestlé UK use a minimum of 56% recycled steel in their catering cans (both metal and composite cans). These cans are used to pack the following Nescafé^® brands: Original, Original Decaff, Gold Blend^®, Gold Blend^® Decaff, Blend 37^®, Alta Rica^®, Cap Colombie^®, Cappuccino, Mocha and Latte.
