High Quality: Pasta Dough is rolled up to five times to ensure extra thinness- allowing for greater filling to dough ratios. Chef-designed fillings are produced from intense reductions. Only the freshest ingredients are used and are sautéed, roasted or braised, then rough chopped before blending to create unsurpassed quality.
Handling: Pasta products are delicate, please handle with care for optimum use. For food safety and quality follow the below COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. Product must reach an internal temperature of 72ºC (160ºF). Bring 6 L of water to 1/3 (453 g) bag of frozen pasta to a rolling boil, drop ravioli, stir gently and cook for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Product can be defrosted and held under refrigeration for up to 24 hours. Refrigerated product cooking time may decrease by 30 to 60 seconds.
Pair with Stouffer’s Sélection Saucier Creamy Alfredo Sauce, Marinara Sauce, Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Basil Pesto Sauce or Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Sauce. All Ravioli is also great with a little butter or olive oil.
